We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aarke purchase. If your new home essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Aarke packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
